I deepened my knowledge and love for Yoga in Rishikesh, India, and continued my path as a Yogi by not only applying what I’ve learnt to myself, but by giving it forward to others as well. Showing up on my mat on good days and especially on bad days is what transforms my weaknesses into strengths. I believe that through Yoga, our bodies and minds become capable of anything we believe in, if we let the breath and softness inside of guide us through the discomfort of every pose, which is a perfect metaphor for life.
